Multiresolution Analysis Based on Dual-Scale Regression for Pansharpening

Pansharpening technique is used to merge the original multispectral image (MS) with a high spatial resolution panchromatic (PAN). Due its robustness, multiresolution analysis (MRA) an important part of pansharpening. The scale regression model effective for improving MRA. However, existing MRA based on results into single-scale information, thus affecting final pansharpening result. To address this problem, in work, we propose dual-scale regression-based First, establish model. Then, improved using high-pass modulation (HPM) injection scheme. Finally, information added construct obtaining We perform experiments five datasets. show that proposed method obtains better result as compared various state-of-the-art methods. In addition, quantitative and qualitative shows achieves appropriate spectral fusion. Therefore, it has great potential technique.
